Comments:
The art deco model of Henry Hudson's ship Half Moon was originally installed above the doorway of the Home Savings Bank located at 11 North Pearl Street, Albany, in 1927. Later, the model was moved indoors and hung over the bank's vault. It later graced the lobby of 110 State Street. For Albany's tricentennial in 1886, the ship was restored and eventually donated to the Albany Institute of History & Art.
