1PM Soldier On
Soldier on is a private, nonprofit organization operating in seven states that provides housing and supportive services to veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Jack Downing, CEO of Soldier On, will discuss their current project in partnership with the Shaker Heritage Society, the Town of Colonie, and the County of Albany to obtain the former Ann Lee Nursing Home to develop permanent housing for veterans.
