Lunchtime Yoga Class

~ PILOT SESSION ~
Relax, revive, and rejuvenate yourself
with mid-day yoga classes at the
Albany Institute of History & Art, 125 Washington Ave. This class is
designed for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Instructor: Mary Sloan, L.M.T., R.Y.T.
A practitioner of healing arts for more than 15 years, Mary Sloan is a
New York State-licensed and nationally certified massage therapist, a
professionally certified Kripalu yoga instructor, and a Phoenix Rising
yoga
therapist. Her yoga classes and workshops offer a soothing and
meditative
practice focusing on the release of chronic tensions, as well as
increasing
both strength and flexibility.

$10, Albany Institute members
$15 for nonmembers
